i can't deny that i don't miss those times ♥
Some people really show love in a different way as compared to
others.people would do it normally,or go to the extreme.one example of
the extreme would be getting nag at and scolded at for no reason.the
other way would be a softer approach, which is to show love and concern
to one.I think it's safe to say that most parents are lukewarm.meaning
that they are neither here nor there.but in some cases, they would
sometimes move to the extreme.
This I feel is ok,but they need to see the situation before moving to
the extreme.I mean, they cannot reallyjump to conclusion.doing this is
very risky,as it may upset the child.not only that,it may allow the
child to have some negative e thougt, and inworst case, come to hate the
parents.
All in all,wad I feel that, showing both kind of love is ok,as long as
the parents can access the situation before deciding what kind of love
they want to show.

Finally, its the new year.bye bye to 2010 and hello to 2011
Its my first time counting down to the new year in a place not called home.hehe.well, its more or less the same, but the locals here do not count down to the new year. to the locals, both christmas and new year are like any other day to them and it is not really in their culture to celebrate. not only that, for the universities in singapore, the exams are before the christmas and new year. however, it is much different for the locals here.they have exams just before their chinese new year.
once again, a very happy english new year to all my readers.haha

its finally heading towards the end of the year already, and there are many differences in terms of culture between china and Singapore. for example, after talking and interacting with the students here, i find out that they actually dun celebrate Christmas and New year. think that this kind of celebration is not part of their culture. anyway, the school of IEE in hangzhou china, have decided to throw a mini performance on dec 25 and our teacher in charge have kindly volunteered us to be part of the performance. for ther performance, our group have decided to do some folk song together with some dance for our china audience. and the title of the song is called lion city folk song. all in all, together with the performance and the performance rehersal, we all had a good bonding time with each other.
