Looks like its camp week for me.The gls book in on Friday which include the committee members.On that day, most of us either went out to get food, or just chill out in the room.
DAY 1
Woke up late that day, did the usual wash up and then headed to canteen 3 to have our late branch. Food was good.It was like the best camp food ever sia. After the refreshing branch, all of us headed to LT 20 to see the camp turn out. While the freish booked in, the Gls, went to the Rm to get the camp shirt out. Nt long, some skate videos were shown.Example would be slide qualifying rounds and some aggro skating. After all the clean up and all, I took my group to the place near the swimming pool bar to have some ice breaker games.Have to say this.My grp was very entu in the skate camp.As we were playing ice breaker games, my grp constantly made the effort to call each others name in order to remember them.i give my group the thumbs up.LOL. After the ice breaker, they were asked to come up with some weapon for our group. Without asking me anything, they created a shield with skate carving and some shrunken.So with a club( taken from wacko), some shrunken and a shield, one of my members Darren looked like troll from DOTA.It din take us a long time to complete that, and not long later, we are already on our way to do the treasure hunt. Misson is to get back Christine's skate that she so kindly donated to the com members. Very, its not gonna be in a piece i tell u.HAHA.The game was played half way before it was ask to be canceled.Sad for christen that she only gt back almost half the skate.Oh well.Due to the rain, nite urban was cancel and it got replace by nite walk.It was kinda scary with many stories ard Ngee Ann campus.Well, after a long day, the Gls had their debrief while the freshie ordered mac to fill their stomach.
DAY 2
Did a morning called to the freshie, then we headed over to canteen 3 for breakfast..As usual, the breakfast was good. After breakfast, went back to the room to put on the skate as we are going for some skating action today. Upon reaching there, heard JOE was gonna take us to urban,so joe went on ahead to take the better skaters down slope. Wanted to join them, but due to the lack of trainers, Most of the Gls were requested to help the weaker ones that wan to go for an urban trip. Skate and did Urban till around 12 noon, before heading back to the canteen 3 for lunch. Told the group to eat alot as after lunch was amazing race.Before the race, i actually asked my team smth then no leader would normally ask.I asked them if they wanted to have fun or win the race.Well, the answer that i got from them was obvious.They wanted to have fun.After the race,some of my team decided to have dinner first den bath ,while some wanted to bath then have dinner.After the dinner,I gathered them to do one last rehearsal before the skit.All in all,I love my group.
